Led the assessment, planning, and business case report for improved medical waste management systems within a public healthcare setting.

Project 2 — Laboratory Systems Implementation
Laboratory Equipment Implementation & Operations Management
Organization: Quest Diagnostics
Managed the implementation and integration of six (6) high-throughput diagnostic systems, supporting large-scale specimen processing operations.
Key Contributions:
Oversaw installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment
Managed a team of 43 personnel across multiple shifts of a medical laboratory deparment
Improved workflow efficiency and turnaround time
Coordinated cross-functional teams and technical support
Relevance:
Direct experience in equipment commissioning, operational readiness, and regulated healthcare environments

Project 3 — Ethanol Infrastructure Project (Panama)
Ethanol Production Facility Development – Panama
Supported early-stage development of an ethanol production facility, including engagement with government stakeholders.

Supported development strategy and project positioning
